Handstand Splits with Kino Yoga

Handstand splits are a great way to open your back while strengthening your shoulders. Sometimes it might be easier to find the balance in handstand with a slightly extended spine so this might even be easier than a stable straight handstand. Allowing gravity to open your back will deep the posture. Don't squeeze or force to get your split open, simply relax while reaching outward with your legs, pointing your toes and keeping your shoulders stable.
